Job Overview: We’re helping our client find a Part-Time E-commerce Associate to support day-to-day operations for international storefronts (EU + UK). In this role, you will manage Shopify administration tasks, maintain accurate product and site content across international markets, and ensure smooth coordination of launches, promotions, and merchandising updates while contributing to a consistent and localized global e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day Shopify admin for all international (EU + UK) storefronts
Manage product uploads, product duplication for international storefronts, pricing updates, inventory uploads, and GWP setup specific to EU + UK
Manually update and QA translations across all international sites (product pages, PDP content, collections, navigation, CMS pages, promotional banners, checkout language where applicable)
Ensure alignment of international site merchandising with US site while adapting for regional needs (pricing, shipping messaging, compliance language, market nuances)
Coordinate go-live scheduling for international product launches, promotions, and site updates
Partner with Operations on inventory allocation and in-stock visibility across EU + UK
Maintain international shipping messaging, returns content, customs/VAT language, and regional compliance updates
Conduct regular international site audits to ensure accuracy across pricing, translations, merchandising, and promotions
QA all international updates to ensure no negative impact on conversion or checkout
Monitor international competitor sites for merchandising, promotional, and localization best practices
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
1–3 years experience in ecommerce, Shopify admin, operations, or digital merchandising (beauty or personal care preferred)
Strong attention to detail — especially with translations and pricing accuracy
Comfort managing multiple storefronts and regional differences
High technical aptitude; quick to learn Shopify, translation tools, and backend systems
Nice-to-Have:
Highly organized with strong scheduling and coordination skills
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable owning a defined business segment
Interest in international ecommerce and localization best practices
Team player able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience
