This is a remote position.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for transforming regional raw data into actionable insights. This role supports decision-making by analyzing trends in sales, operations, and market behavior across the three countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and clean data from various internal sources (Sales, HR, Finance).
• Create and maintain automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Perform trend analysis to predict market shifts in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
• Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed according to local data protection acts.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of Python/R is a plus.
• 2 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
