Receipt, identification and analysis of the QA/QC samples. All samples will be analyzed in strict adherence to test methods and Standard Operating Procedures.​

Ensuring timely and accurate submission of test results to all relevant Project Leads and internal stakeholders.​

Execute the QA/QC tests for fuel marking program by applying the standard operating procedure​

Ensuring equipment maintenance and calibration schedules are complied with to guarantee accuracy, reliability and efficiency of equipment. All equipment maintenance records shall be maintained.​

Preparing and maintaining all marker inventory analysis data.​

Secure Storage of all the QA/QC samples in a controlled environment where any access to the Laboratory by unauthorized persons must by sanctioned by the Program Lead.​

Proper storage and timely disposal of retained fuel or Marker samples as per the specified duration.​

Execute duties carefully yet efficiently whilst ensuring integrity of lab equipment and economic use of lab consumables.​

Maintain high house keeping standards at the lab and liaise with housekeeping staff for support as necessary.​

Maintain lab operations records/registers safely for easy of retrieval and ensure archiving is properly signed off.​

Ensure that all markers in our inventory conform with defined product specification before deployment.​

Contribute to the development and maintenance of general policies, processes and procedures for SICPA Kenya​

Ensure compliance with all SICPA policies, including those concerning Health, Safety and Environmental protection.​

Managing critical Lab consumables and maintaining records of the same.​

• Degree in Analytical Chemistry or Equivalent​

• At least 4years experience in a busy fuel testing laboratory​

• Zero tolerance for lack of controls​
