Branfoot Enterprises Limited seeks a qualified Draughtsman to undertake a   site verification and redrafting exercise   for an existing warehouse (godown). The assignment will involve validating current drawings and producing accurate updated plans and elevations based on actual site conditions.

The current layout includes warehouse space, office section, and mezzanine floor components.

1                 Scope of Work

The Draughtsman will:

1.1                    Site Visit & Data Capture

• Visit the warehouse along Eastern Bypass
  
• Take accurate measurements and validate dimensions
  
• Identify any structural or layout deviations
  
• Capture and document the position of electrical mains and key electrical routing within the godown
  

1.2                    Redrafting of Drawings

Prepare updated drawings including:

• Ground floor plan
  
• Mezzanine floor plan
  
• All building elevations
  
• Electrical mains layout (clearly indicating main supply entry, distribution points, and major routing)
  

1.3                    Technical Detailing

• Apply proper scaling and dimensioning
  
• Ensure alignment with architectural drafting standards
  
• Clearly distinguish structural, architectural, and electrical elements
  

1.4                    Deliverables

• Editable   .DWG files
  
• Scaled   PDF drawings
  
• Clean, professional layouts suitable for operational and technical use
  

Requirements

• Proven drafting experience (industrial/commercial buildings preferred)
  
• Proficiency in   AutoCAD (mandatory)   or   Archicad
  
• Ability to capture   as-built conditions including electrical layouts
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Nairobi-based or able to access site easily
