Job Description

  • Promote the company’s construction chemical solutions to consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Secure product specifications in project tender documents and technical approvals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, architects, government authorities, and project owners.
  • Provide technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise during project discussions and negotiations.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to identify opportunities.
  • Recommend suitable construction chemical systems for waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, sealing, bonding, grouting, and protective coatings.
  • Coordinate with contractors and applicators to ensure correct product application and compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor construction projects from design stage through execution.
  • Maintain project tracking records and update CRM/project pipelines regularly.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities and identify competitor products and trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE and quality standards.
