Are you a tech-savvy strategist who loves turning manual chaos into automated harmony?
We are looking for a Software Development & Digital Transformation Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This isn’t just about moving tickets in a board; it’s about architecting digital shifts. You will be the vital link between our technical engineering team and business stakeholders, ensuring that whether we are building a custom app or deploying a Zoho suite, the solution is seamless, scalable, and on time.
What You’ll Do
Drive the Digital Roadmap: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of both custom software builds (web/mobile) and complex digital transformation projects, primarily within the Zoho ecosystem.
Architect Business Logic: Work closely with clients to dissect their current workflows. You’ll translate messy business “wants” into crisp technical “requirements” for our developers and Zoho specialists.
Master the Zoho Suite: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, and more. You’ll ensure these tools aren’t just installed, but are actually solving business problems.
Bridge the Communication Gap: Act as the primary translator. You’ll explain API limitations to stakeholders and business ROI to developers, keeping everyone aligned and energized.
Technical Problem-Solving: Identify roadblocks before they become “stop signs.” You’ll leverage your understanding of logic and system design to suggest technical workarounds or automation improvements.
Oversee Version & Quality Control: Maintain a high standard for deployments using Git/GitHub for custom code and ensuring rigorous testing for Zoho Deluge scripts and workflows.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–3 years in project management, specifically within a software agency or IT consultancy environment.
The Zoho Advantage: Practical experience (or a very strong interest) in Zoho Projects, CRM, and Books. If you understand how Zoho modules talk to each other, you’re already ahead.
Technical Fluency: A foundational understanding of coding principles. You don’t need to be a lead dev, but you should be comfortable navigating GitHub and discussing logic flows.
Analytical Rigor: The ability to look at a manual spreadsheet and see the automated dashboard it should be.
Agile Mindset: Proficiency in managing sprints and tasks using tools like Zoho Projects, Jira, or Notion.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can write a project scope that is as clear as it is comprehensive.
