About Us:
Our Client, a restaurant, bar and event organizer with a running bar and
restaurant operating in TRM / Mirema area. Potentially a high volume, fast-paced,
and guest-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Run the main bar counter – serve guests, make drinks, take
payments

·         Run the restaurant service counter – manage tickets, prioritise
drink orders

·         Supervise waiters – ensure they’re
collecting drinks correctly, communicating allergies, and clearing glassware

·         Supervise other bar staff (if any) –
delegate tasks, check quality

·         Keep both counters clean, stocked, and organised during peak
hours

·         Open/close the bar – stock, cleaning, cash up

Requirements

Requirements
(non-negotiable):

·         Men preferred (due to team /
operational setup)

·         Minimum 1-year previous experience in a bar or busy
restaurant

·         Very personable – guests should
feel welcome the moment they step up

·         Great at communication – clear, calm,
and direct with waiters and kitchen

·         Able to supervise waiters and other staff – you’ll direct
service flow, correct mistakes, and keep counters running smoothly
