Location: Kenya
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40–45 hours per week
Position Overview
Spectra Management is hiring high-performance Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support a fast-growing, U.S.-based client. This is a high-volume, phone-intensive role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
You will operate in a results-driven environment, engaging decision-makers through structured outreach and converting conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
This role is best suited for individuals who:

⚠ Performance Model & Ramp Expectations (Read Carefully)
This is a performance-based role with a structured ramp and evaluation timeline:
- Week 1: Training (tools, scripts, product, process)
- Week 2: OJT + live coaching (guided calling environment)
- Week 3: Production ramp (increasing independence and targets)
- Week 4: Full performance expectations (quota-driven)
- Week 5: Graduation to full Lead Generation Specialist status
Important:
- Candidates are expected to reach performance targets by Week 4
- This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- The role is designed for experienced, resilient SDRs who can ramp quickly
If you require a long ramp or gradual onboarding, this role will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 300–400 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
- Deliver clear, confident pitches using structured scripts
- Qualify prospects and book a minimum of 2–3 meetings per day
- Engage decision-makers and create meaningful sales opportunities
- Maintain high consistency despite low contact rates
- Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and notes in CRM systems
- Handle objections and adapt messaging in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion performance

- Consistent achievement of daily appointment targets
- High activity levels and disciplined execution
- Strong objection handling and conversation control
- Clear, professional communication
- Full ownership of individual performance metrics
Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable)
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling (300+ calls/day preferred)
- Strong verbal English communication with a clear and confident phone presence
- High resilience — able to sustain performance under constant rejection
- Coachable with the ability to apply feedback immediately
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and sales tools
Preferred Background
- 1+ year in SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales roles
- Experience in quota-driven environments
- Exposure to U.S.-based markets or clients
