About the Role

We’re hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

This role is focused on:

You’ll manage campaigns across:

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:

  • Develop campaigns for:

Campaign Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor campaigns daily and make real-time performance adjustments

  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

  • Run ongoing A/B testing on:

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing assets
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve:

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

  • Implement and maintain:

    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta Pixel
    • conversion tracking
    • attribution setups
  • Ensure accurate tracking across:

  • Analyze:

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Prepare:
    • weekly performance reports

  • Present actionable insights and scaling opportunities to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration
