Description

  • Execute end-to-end testing for new features, system updates, and production releases
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear replication steps and impact analysis
  • Test APIs, integrations, and backend workflows to ensure system reliability
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
  • Validate application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Participate in sprint planning, release reviews, and quality sign-offs
  • Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or QA Engineering
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC processes
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and integrated systems
  • Proficiency with QA and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable bug reports
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright is an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of databases and API response validation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
