• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Project
  Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Education, Community
  Development, or a closely related field.
  
• Experience: Entry-level, recent graduates
  (within 24 months of completing their degree) are strongly preferred.
  Volunteer experience, academic projects focused on community work or
  environmental sustainability, and hands-on program support experience are
  a significant plus.
  
• Experience
  working with grassroots organizations or waste management initiatives is a
  plus.
