Job Summary
The Salesperson will play a key role in expanding the Company’s reach by promoting our coding and robotics programs to schools, parents, and learning institutions. This role involves lead generation, sales presentations, relationship management, and follow-up—helping ensure that students across Kenya gain access to quality, hands-on technology education.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Outreach
  • Actively identify, contact, and engage schools, parents, and educational institutions to sell the company’s coding and robotics programs.
  • Conduct in-person and online sales presentations and demos for school administrators, teachers, and parents.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
2. Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (school directors, parents, educational partners, etc.).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, proposals, and partnership opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, manage renewals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Market Development
  • Conduct market research to identify potential schools and communities that could benefit from the company’s programs.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve course offerings and outreach strategies.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and EdTech events across Nairobi and other regions.
4. Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain an updated client database and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Passion for education, technology, and empowering children through digital skills.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Nairobi and other counties for outreach and events.
