Teaching and Learning</strong></p><p>Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials in line with the syllabus.<br>Deliver lessons effectively using appropriate teaching methods and ICT tools where applicable.<br>Cover the syllabus within stipulated timelines.<br>Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.</p><p>2.<strong> Assessment and Evaluation</strong></p><p>Design and administer continuous assessment tests, exams, and assignments.<br>Mark and record students' performance accurately.<br>Analyze results and provide feedback to learners, parents, and school administration.<br>Support students in preparing for national examinations (KCSE).</p><p>3<strong>. Classroom Management</strong></p><p>Maintain discipline and create a conducive learning environment.<br>Enforce school rules, regulations, and code of conduct.<br>Monitor student attendance and punctuality.</p><p>4<strong>. Student Development</strong></p><p>Provide guidance and counselling to learners.<br>Identify and support learners with special needs or challenges.<br>Encourage participation in co-curricular activities (sports, clubs, debates, etc.).<br>Mentor students to develop life skills and moral values.</p><p><strong>5. Administrative Duties</strong></p><p>Maintain up-to-date records (lesson attendance, marks, class registers).<br>Participate in school meetings, committees, and activities.<br>Perform assigned duties such as class teacher, head of department, or club patron.</p><p>6<strong>.
