Oximio limited Kenya is hiring a Warehouse Operator who will implement the local warehouse strategy
supporting Oximio’s overall goals and priorities. The warehouse operator sets
standards of customer care and satisfaction and participates in maintaining
workplace health and safety. The duties for this role include;

· Participate in the
process of receiving shipments, registering shipments, and entering information
into warehouse inventory management system(Priority); Prepare relevant
documentation.

·     Extract devices used
for temperature recording during shipment in the warehouse.

·     Entering information
about shipments on projects in warehouse inventory management system(Priority).

·   Physical
verification of shipment contents as per customer instructions and internal standard
operation procedures and working instructions.

·  Informing the
management about the detection of defects upon arrival of the shipments and
acting in accordance with the instructions of the customer and internal
standard operation procedures and working instructions.

·        Placement of
materials for storage per client instructions and internal standard operation
procedures and working instructions.

·        Use personal
protective equipment based on material safety data sheet, guidance, and
customer instructions.

·        Materials monthly and annual
physical inventory counting.

·   Participating in
checking the expiration dates of the medicinal product and reporting the
discovered deficiencies in the management.

·        Participate in the
transfer of materials to/from quarantine as per instructions provided by the
client and internal standard operation procedures and working instructions.

·        Use of
validated/certified/calibrated and serviced equipment.

·        Perform proper storage of
packaging materials and temperature loggers.

·        Sanitary and Hygienic
standards Protection.

·        Panel acclimatization, filling
in the necessary SF and preparing them to be ready for shipping.

·        Take part in the labeling
process according to the instructions given by the Client, and the internal standard operation procedures and working instructions.

·        Prepare documentation for the labeling and
necessary work instructions movements and documentation.

·   Materials compilation and physical checking of documents set for every shipment according to internal standard
operation procedures and working instructions and of the client with instructions under the guidance of clinical trial instruction.

·     Proper use and
preparation of packaging materials (insulated shippers and temperature
recorders) for shipments in accordance with manufacturers, customers, internal standard
operation procedures and working instructions.

·        Filling Courier
Arrival & Departure Register and monthly uploading and filling the to
respective places.

·        Receipt and
inspection of returned materials in the warehouse. Placing returned materials
in quarantine. Accounting for returned materials. Completing the required
relevant documentation and entering data into warehouse inventory management
system(Priority). Physical inspection of returned materials.

·        Participating in the
preparation of destruction materials (including product quarantine, and
preparation of final inventory report) and preparation of product destruction
documents at the request of the client (sponsor) and per internal standard
operation procedures and working instructions.

·        Apply “Cold Chain”
principles of performance and protection.

·   Perform other duties requested by the
warehouse manager, which connects clinical for research materials in storage and
with distribution.

·        Compliance with GDP, ISO
9001:2015 standard, company inside of documents (standard operation
Procedure, working instruction, standard forms) and national legislation, compliance security of the rules, electric security rules, fire protection, health, and hygiene of the
rules with requests.

·        Participates in the
development of standard operation procedures, working
instructions and standard forms

·     Participates in training of the department processes, self-study (where required) internal
procedures and instructions, as well as the client instructions accordingly.
