Description

As BTN continues to expand its footprint in last-mile connectivity and energy infrastructure, the KOSAP project plays a critical role in driving access to underserved regions. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and seamless coordination across multiple project sites.

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the implementation of KOSAP projects. The role involves managing field operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards.

RespResponsibilities:

·         Lead the execution of KOSAP projects across assigned regions

·         Coordinate field teams for site readiness, installations, and activations

·         Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

·         Ensure availability of materials through coordination with procurement and stores

·         Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards

·         Liaise with clients, partners, and local authorities to facilitate project execution

·         Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures

·         Prepare and submit timely project reports

Requirements

1.      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field

2.      5+ Years of experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within SOLAR projects.

3.      Experience in field-based project execution (Solar projects are preferred).

4.      Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

5.      Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) 

          6. ​Willingness to travel frequently across project sites
