SALARY: KES 100,000 Gross per month.

We are seeking a highly competent and results-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in driving strategic priorities, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant is a highly strategic and operational role that ensures seamless execution of executive functions, enhancing efficiency and productivity within the MD’s office. The EA will provide critical support in administrative management, stakeholder coordination, and confidential data handling. Additionally, the role involves in-depth data analysis, reporting, and strategic business insights that support revenue growth and operational decision-making. By acting as a trusted advisor to the MD, the EA will drive business initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure the smooth running of key executive tasks.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support & Office Management: Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing the MD’s calendar, correspondence, meetings, travel, and internal/external communications. They will ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the MD’s office by proactively addressing administrative needs.
- Strategic Research & Business Insights: Conduct market and industry research, generate performance reports, and provide strategic business insights that support decision-making. They will analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Track revenue trends, assist in identifying business development opportunities, and support the execution of strategic growth initiatives. They will collaborate with leadership to optimize cost structures and enhance financial performance.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain high confidentiality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies while handling sensitive information with discretion. They will act as a gatekeeper for the MD’s office, managing access to confidential business documents.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate seamless execution of MD directives by coordinating cross-functional activities. They will engage with senior leadership, ensuring alignment of business priorities and operational execution.
- Document Preparation & Communication: Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other critical documents for the MD. They will also prepare briefing materials and ensure that the MD is well-informed on key business matters.
- Board & Executive-Level Reporting: Organize and coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. They will ensure accurate, timely reporting of business performance metrics to the MD and board.
- Financial Oversight & Budgeting Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to the MD’s office. They will work closely with finance teams to ensure financial discipline within executive operations.
- Project Management & Business Transformation: Manage special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring their timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. They will support business transformation efforts by streamlining workflows and optimizing executive operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of business operations, revenue growth strategies, and market trends.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
