Job Purpose
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading the warehouse team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Warehouse Operations & Inventory – Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, stock accuracy, inventory audits, inventory system updates, and stock optimization.
• Dispatch & Logistics – Manage order fulfillment, dispatch planning, delivery schedules, packaging standards, and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely customer service.
• Process Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse processes, enhance space utilization, and implement quality control measures.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fleet management, warehouse policies, audits, and staff adherence to health and safety standards.
• Team Leadership – Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff while promoting teamwork, productivity, and performance excellence.
• Reporting & Documentation – Prepare warehouse performance reports, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor KPIs, and ensure full traceability through the inventory management system.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili, and English fluently.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/Odoo), warehouse operations, and stock control.
• Proven leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
