<p>Join Severin Safari Camp, a luxury safari camp located inside Tsavo West National Park, Kenya, as our Head of Front Office.</p>
<p>In this role, you ensure a warm welcome, smooth operations, accurate administration, and a consistently high-touch guest experience.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily front office operations, including fast and accurate check-in/check-out.</li>
<li>Maintain excellent lobby and shop standards at all times.</li>
<li>Handle guest requests and complaints quickly and professionally.</li>
<li>Plan staff shifts and coordinate team coverage.</li>
<li>Ensure timely communication across departments.</li>
<li>Keep all systems and records up to date </li>
<li>Support occupancy optimization and strict adherence to approved rate/pricing structures.</li>
<li>Supervise billing, reservations, and OTA updates to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 3–5 years in Front Office, ideally in a 4–5 star safari camp or luxury lodge.</li>
<li>Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Systems &amp; Admin: Strong PMS knowledge, reporting discipline, and inventory control experience.</li>
<li>Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team and make sound decisions independently.</li>
<li>Guest Service: Confident with VIP/high-touch service and complaint resolution.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent spoken and written English</li>
<li>Personality: Warm, authoritative, hands-on, and highly detail-oriented.</li>
