Job Summary

The Head of Digital Marketing & Strategy is a pivotal leadership role responsible for elevating

the marketing performance and client satisfaction across Seargent Solutions. You will develop

and execute sophisticated, data-driven Below-The-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL)

strategies to drive client success and directly address current service quality issues. This role

requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on data analysis, proactive PR skills, and the

ability to effectively lead, educate, and review the existing marketing team while successfully

pitching to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

– Develop, implement, and manage integrated ATL (brand awareness, mass media) and

BTL (direct response, targeted campaigns) marketing strategies for both the company

and its clientele.

– Serve as the forward-thinking expert, continuously researching and integrating

emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

– Lead PR activities for Seargent Solutions, elevating the company’s profile through

thought leadership, case studies, and media engagement.

2. Performance Analysis & Optimization

– Act as the lead data analyst, interpreting complex performance metrics (e.g., ROAS,

CPA, LTV, engagement) to diagnose reasons for underperformance and client drop-off.

– Review and critique all marketing deliverables (social media posts, video concepts,

email campaigns, ad copy, and targeting) from the team, ensuring strategic alignment

and optimal execution.

– Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports and strategic

recommendations to clients and company leadership, articulating value and corrective

actions.

3. Team Management & Mentorship

– Lead and mentor the existing marketing team (Social Media/Account Managers, Video

Editors, Digital Marketing Executives), providing clear objectives, ongoing training, and

constructive performance feedback.

– Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across all

marketing functions.

4. Business Development & Client Relations

– Pitch to leads by crafting and presenting compelling, tailored marketing strategies and

proposals that showcase Seargent Solutions’ unique value and expertise.

– Act as a senior consultant for high-value clients, ensuring transparent communication,

strategic oversight, and proactive problem-solving to drive client retention and

satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at

least 1 year in a senior strategy or leadership role. Agency experience is mandatory.

– Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing both Above-The-Line

(e.g., mass media integration, brand strategy) and Below-The-Line (e.g., email

marketing, paid search/social, direct campaigns) marketing programs.

– Analytical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g.,

Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM data) and the ability to translate data

into actionable strategy.

– Pitching Skills: Proven success in sales support, including developing marketing

proposals and presenting to senior client stakeholders and leads.
