The successful candidate will be accountable for:

• Client Acquisition & Conversion 
• Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts 
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultations with prospective clients 
• Educate clients on Account types, Trading platforms (MT4/MT5), Market basics and brokerage offerings 
• Drive first-time deposits (FTDs) and initial activation 
• Guide clients through full onboarding process, KYC documentation, Account verification, Platform setup (MT4/MT5 installation and login) 
• Monitor and reduce drop-offs in onboarding funnel 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 1–3 years’ experience in a forex brokerage company 
• Hands-on experience with: MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 
• Proven exposure to Client conversion, Sales targets and Customer relationship management 
• Good Understanding of: Forex markets and Trading instruments (FX, commodities, indices) 
• Ability to interpret basic trading activity
