We are looking looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network in the Louisville market.
In this fully remote role, you will focus on building relationships with professionals who can refer business to us including insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and commercial property professionals.
Your main goal is to connect with new partners, build strong relationships, and help increase brand awareness in the local restoration market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild New Referral Relationships
Reach out to professionals such as insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and contractors.
Introduce them to our services and build long-term partnerships.
Aim to connect with 20+ new potential referral partners each week.
Manage and Grow Relationships
Stay in touch with partners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Build trust and maintain strong professional relationships.
Support Marketing and Brand Awareness
Help increase brand visibility through outreach, digital networking, and marketing campaigns.
Share company materials and information with referral partners.
Participate in Industry Networking
Join virtual events, online networking groups, and industry communities when possible.
Look for opportunities to expand our network.
Track Outreach and Activity
Use the company CRM system to track outreach, meetings, and relationships.
Provide simple weekly updates on outreach activity and new contacts.
1. Sales / Business Development Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-focused roles.
2. Referral or Partnership Development At least 2 years of experience building professional relationships or referral partnerships with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, partners, or service providers.
3. Prospecting & Outreach Activity Experience conducting 20+ outreach activities per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, or meetings) to generate new business opportunities or professional relationships.
4. CRM & Sales Tracking Experience Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to manage contacts, track outreach, and monitor sales or partnership activity.
5. Relationship Management Volume
Experience managing 10 or more active client, partner, or referral relationships at the same time.
