As a Monitoring Assistant, you are the early-warning system for our operations team. You will review staff activity, screenshots, and work patterns to identify red flags before they become client problems.
This is not a passive role.
It requires judgment, attention to detail, and the confidence to flag issues clearly and accurately.
What you’ll do
Review daily Hubstaff screenshots and activity logs
Identify productivity, focus, and compliance red flags
Distinguish normal work variation from real issues
Document findings clearly and consistently
Flag concerns to Account Managers with context, not guesses
Follow monitoring SOPs exactly while using sound judgment
Maintain confidentiality at all times
