Description

  • Install and configure internet connections (fiber, wireless, routers, modems).
  • Perform site visits to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and repair network equipment and infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure proper cable management and system organization.
  • Document installations, repairs, and service reports.
  • Work with the support team to escalate complex technical issues.
  • Adhere to safety and company operational standards.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
  • Experience with routers, switches, and wireless systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license (optional but often preferred).
