1. Mandatory Criteria:

Nationality: Kenyan
Age Bracket: 28–40 years
Physical Requirements:
- Men: Minimum height of 5.9 ft
- Women: Minimum height of 5.6 ft
Education: Minimum grade of D+ (KCSE)
Experience: Prior experience in security services is required

General Guarding: Standard security guarding services
Aviation Security: Must have prior training and experience in aviation security for airport deployment

- Chief (Rural and Urban)
- Pastor
- Previous employer
Certificate of Good Conduct
KRA PIN, NHIF, and NSSF details
Residential maps for both rural and urban homes
