Job Title: Sales & Social Media
Executive – Clean Organic Skin Care Products
Reports To: CEO
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Summary
We are seeking a
strategic and results-oriented Sales & Social Media Executive to oversee the performance, growth, and
quality of our clean organic skin care products. The successful candidate will
be responsible for managing product life cycles, from development to market
launch, ensuring that each product meets brand standards, regulatory
requirements, and customer expectations. Additionally, the Product Manager will
work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that stores
consistently achieve their sales and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee end-to-end
product management including planning, development, testing, launch, and
post-launch performance.
● Collaborate with the
Biochemist, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure quality and
brand consistency.
● Monitor and analyze
product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategic
decisions.
● Ensure all products
meet regulatory standards by coordinating with KEBS, the Pharmacy and Poisons
Board, and other quality bodies.
● Develop and
implement sales strategies to help store(s) achieve and exceed monthly and
quarterly targets.
● Support and motivate
store teams to enhance product knowledge, upselling skills, and overall
customer experience.
● Maintain regular
communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and management on product
availability, improvements, and performance.
● Prepare performance
reports and present actionable insights to management.

Qualifications and
Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of
experience in product management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or
FMCG industry.
● Proven experience in
driving product or store sales performance.
● Strong leadership,
analytical, and project management skills.
● Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Familiarity with
beauty industry trends, organic formulations, and customer preferences.
● Ability to work
cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
